In the spring of 1987, Jean-Pierre Marquet opened a small, quaint patisserie on Smith Street in Brooklyn. This little bakery started to grow, becoming what is now Bushwick Bakery.
Bringing the essentials of French bread, and pastry and reflecting the diversity of an ever-changing Bushwick.
Currently, we offer our products to multiple gourmet supermarkets, coffee bars, and restaurants in New York.
